Goofy IT man with green hairWe offer an economical pre-purchased support system  that ensures that you get reliable IT support and training for you and your business when you need it.

Designed as a post-development/install service, Cenzion offers discounted rate plans that can be applied to remote, phone, skype, and onsite assistance.

The hours can be used only when required and can be held for up to 12 months. This allows you to control the level of support required whilst still taking advantage of discounted rates.

Terms and conditions upon purchase:

  1. Support vouchers only valid for a period of 1 year from purchase date (i.e. if purchased on 2 December 2014 expiry will occur 1 December 2015).
  2. Support includes remote and on site support, training, troubleshooting and minor modifications of existing products. Larger projects (including but not limited to: database migrations, development work, CRM installations/upgrades and website design/upgrades) require individual assessment and cannot be paid for using these vouchers. Please select a package from our Development Portal instead.
  3. On site work within 40km of major CBD area requires a US$25 callout fee, billed separately. For remote on site work, please contact us for details.
  4. Work done is billed in 15 minute blocks.
  5. Refunds are only given 7 days following purchase date. Refunds not given once work has commenced.
  6. Support vouchers cannot be upgraded, combined or used with any other offer.
  7. Purchased support vouchers are uniquely identified. This unique ID shall be used to indicate the voucher is being consumed for work done and to indicate how many hours are left during progress and after completion.
  8. Unless otherwise stated, amounts are in US Dollars.
